In order to schedule your first appointment please text or call us at the office, 808-638-3343.
We respond to texts and calls Monday - Thursday 9:00am-4:30pm and Friday 9:00am-3:30pm
and respond within one business day.
Appointment availability varies by practitioner Monday through Friday.
For new patient appointments, you will have new patients forms to fill out either digitally or in person.
Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment time with your insurance card and identification, updates to personal information and co-payment.
Please note that not all of our services are covered by insurance.
