A one-time, non-refundable enrollment fee of $50 for an individual or $100 for a family will apply for all new members.

The first payment is charged at signup, and then a monthly fee is billed in order to participate in the program and enjoy the enhanced access and conveniences. You may cancel any time with written notice prior to the end of your plan year. You may be responsible for cost of services rendered that exceed total amount of monthly fees paid if you cancel within the year of plan enrollment.

It is recommended that you carry insurance since medical services outside the scope of the wellness program will be billed to insurance.

Do you have insurance coverage for naturopathic medicine with Dr De Soto? Great! Unfortunately, health insurance plans today do not cover many the additional benefits of working with a naturopathic doctor such as herbal medicine and nutritional supplement prescribing, homeopathy, IV nutrient therapy, B12 shots and more! If you are interested in taking advantage of the discounts on these "non-covered services" that the DPC patients enjoy, then the Plus Club Plan is for you!
